Getting started yourself with LOTJ in Baarle-Nassau
– Hans van Lommel, forest ecologist at Bosgroep Zuid Nederland, gave a guided tour of the Dutch Pine Forest in Baarle-Nassau earlier this month. During the tour, he talked about the revitalisation of the area.
In November, enthusiastic participants will have the chance to roll up their sleeves themselves during a practical day. As part of LOTJ (Learning on the Job), part of the European LIFE project Climate Forest, they then plant trees on the plot.
